Phil Kogan is a Washington DC based photographer specializing in fashion, beauty, portrait, and fashion event photography. Phil’s work appears in the catalogues of Washington designers. He has also been featured in the “Portraits of DC” exhibition at the Washington Convention Center, the Annual fashion photography show at the Carriage House Studio, and the “Faces” portrait show at the Washington School of Photography. Phil’s work has also been displayed at “Giotto” retailer in Georgetown.

Sasha was in a show at the Hillwood Gardens and Museum in August 2011. We did a shoot in October 2011.

I had the opportunity to photograph designer Christian Siriano and his 2012 spring/summer collection at the “Pink Rocks the Runway” show at the International Trade Center (Ronald Reagan Building) in Washington DC on October 21, 2011.

Update of Karen Aus Photo Using Nik Filters
I was working through the list of Nik filters in the Color Efex 3.0 collection and came upon the Tonal Contrast filter that enables separate control over highlight contrast, midtone contrast, and shadow contrast. I used this filter to adjust contrast in the photos below of Karen Aus and Lina.
