Phil Kogan is a Washington DC based photographer specializing in fashion, beauty, portrait, and fashion event photography. Phil’s work appears in the catalogues of Washington designers. He has also been featured in the “Portraits of DC” exhibition at the Washington Convention Center, the Annual fashion photography show at the Carriage House Studio, and the “Faces” portrait show at the Washington School of Photography. Phil’s work has also been displayed at “Giotto” retailer in Georgetown.
